Developed a Revelation
(version G) system in 1987. This system is all inclusive. The purpose of this
system is to manage all aspects of employee and partner employment detail. The EBAS
system (Employee Benefits Administration System) manages employee enrollment, payroll,
insurance, investment, partner draw, flexible spending and cobra areas. We support
this system today. The lifetime of this system is drawing to an end. Baker
& Botts is converting to a People Soft solution and that will be completed late in
1999.
